The transparent vehicle health check

Establishing peace of mind, the health check is a visual assessment of many major components of your vehicle providing you with a report as to their safety and condition.

As you can't see the underneath of your vehicle, we want you to be confident in our findings which is why we use video and images so you can see what our technicians do. We take pride in our explanations and welcome any discussion regarding your vehicle and its health.

After the health check you will receive a report which identifies any concerning areas that need immediate attention, might need replacing soon or in satisfactory condition through a traffic light system.

What is included in a vehicle health check?

The following pillars form the underpinnings of our health check, this checks are visual and often include using calibrated tools to measure and test components to help report their condition and health. During this investigative work we do not remove components from your vehicle.

Automatically videos are sent to our customer by email or text message, whether you are at work, unable to take a call or busy you have an accurate view of your vehicle in the palm of your hand, outlining any findings or our recommendations.

For those that prefer, you will also receive a paper copy of the vehicle health check too.

Is there a cost for the video health check?

At Fresh Motors, we include an express visual health check with all work we carry out. This is a quick visual inspection of the vehicle. If you would like a more in-depth assessment of your vehicle’s condition, we also offer a one-hour health check. This includes a much more comprehensive range of checks, but due to the time involved, it is charged at one hour’s labour.

Why do you do a video?

We believe transparency is key. At Fresh Motors, we want to make sure our customers have a full understanding of their vehicle’s health, and we are more than happy to show you. It takes us a little longer to produce the videos, but it means you can clearly see what needs doing and why it needs doing—giving you complete peace of mind.
