Why are service plans good?

Service plans are like a savings pot, making it much easier to budget for your vehicle’s servicing costs. They are also great because the prices are fixed from the start, meaning you are locking in your next two services at today’s rates, regardless of inflation. Easy budgeting and fixed prices—what’s not to love? If you would like a personal quote for your vehicle, please ask our friendly service team, who will be more than happy to help.

Can I use the service plan at any garage?

No, afraid not. Normally, service plans must be used at the garage where you purchased the plan. Don’t worry, though—if you move away and can’t use the same garage anymore, you can cancel your plan. The plan company will refund any unused funds in your pot, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

Can I cancel the service plan?

Yes, you absolutely can. If you cancel the plan after the first service has been used, there are no cancellation fees. EMAC, the company that manages the plan, will simply refund any money remaining in your pot. If you cancel before a service has been carried out, a small cancellation fee will apply.

How much is the service plan a month?

This really does vary from vehicle to vehicle, as each vehicle’s servicing requirements and costs differ. Generally, plans start at around £20 per month and increase from there. For a personalised quotation, please ask our friendly service team, who will be more than happy to assist.
