950 mile round trip, but worth it.. Excellent communication from start to finish, Jacob sent videos of the car in the first instance as I am based in Aberdeen. Following on from some negotiation they gave me a great deal and I made the journey south to collect the car. Exactly as described and ready to drive away. Would recommend these guys to anyone, they go the extra mile and make the buying experience a pleasure. Greg M

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had, from the initial contact to the actual collection of the vehicle I could not fault Fresh Motors or the staff I dealt with. Vehicle was serviced prior to my collecting it and the preparation both inside and out of the vehicle was to a very high standard of valeting. Excellent service throughout. Steve F

Purchased an Audi A3 Black Edition in October 2020. Car was received in amazing condition, freshly polished I was very happy with my purchase. 6 weeks later the heating matrix failed, under warranty Fresh Motors team did all to rectify this and I must thank them for great customer service/support I received. I would highly recommend buying a motor from them. Simon Kelly

I Cannot rate this company high enough. Took my BMW coupe in for a fuel filter heater replacement at late notice! Not only was they very professional but they don’t charge silly money like other garages do. Really impressed! Highly recommended Robert Ball

After 40 years of buying and having cars serviced from a Norwich Citroen main dealer…their failure to support us when we suffered a breakdown, led us to seek a better service provider… We chose to bring our service to Fresh Motors, who provided a prompt repair of our Citroen following the main dealers failure, subsequently we have chosen to stay local and our choice for all future support with servicing and repairs is Fresh Motors in Watton. Polite, helpful and exemplary servicing that seems so lacking in many companies today. Fresh Motors get our highest recommendation for anyone in the Watton area as a provider of quality customer support. David Batten

Absolutely outstanding service this morning, I had a flat tyre, took it to them at 8am and it was fixed and ready by 8.40.... they popped it back on the car and checked all the pressures and I was back on the road again.
