Fresh faces at Fresh Motors – Meet our new team members!

At Fresh Motors, we’re growing fast — expanding our services, enhancing our customer experience, and welcoming talented new professionals to our team. AS we eneded 2024 and moved into 2025, we were thrilled to introduce four new team members who have joined our Service, Sales, and Valeting departments, each bringing valuable expertise to keep Fresh Motors running at its best.

Expanding our service team to meet growing demand

With increasing customer demand, our car servicing and repairs department is busier than ever. That’s why we’ve welcomed two key additions to strengthen our Service Team:

David Nicol, our newest Service Advisor, plays a crucial role in assisting customers with service bookings, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes while maintaining exceptional customer service. David adds to our dedicated service team to assist our growing customer base as a new friendly face on the front desk and on the end of the phone helping you get your next MOT or service booked in.

Will Brook, our new Service Technician, brings extensive automotive repair and maintenance expertise, keeping our customers' vehicles in top condition with reliable servicing and professional car repairs. Will also bolsters our roster of trained MOT testers opening up more weekly MOT slots for our customers to take advantage of.

Whether you've got a routine servicing need or a complex repair, David and Will joint he rest of the Service team to help Fresh Motors customers stay on the road with confidence.

Strengthening our car sales team

Buying a car should be an exciting, seamless experience. To enhance our customer-focused approach, we’ve welcomed Adam Moss, our new Sales Executive. Adam is passionate about helping customers find the perfect car. His expertise in the used car market ensures that every customer gets a tailored buying experience, whether they’re searching for a family SUV, sporty hatchback, or a reliable commuter car.

Looking for your next car? Adam joins Dale and Kieran as part of our dedicated Sales team to guide you through the process, making buying a used car at Fresh Motors easier than ever.

Enhancing our valeting team – because first impressions matter

A spotless, well-presented vehicle is a hallmark of Fresh Motors, and that’s where our Valeting Team comes in. Our latest addition to the team is Megan Wright. Megan joins Liam, Carol and Mark in our specialist valeting team to ensure every car in our Certified FRESH® range is immaculately cleaned, polished, and detailed before reaching our customers. Car detailing and valeting are vital parts of our commitment to delivering vehicles that look and feel brand new.
