Due to growing demand of our local customer base, the service desk is becoming busier and busier to maintain our exemplary customer service, it was important we found the right person to help. This meant we needed someone with experience in customer service, parts and also vehicle workshops so we are absolutely thrilled we can welcome Grace Dodd to the team. Grace joins us from a local Ford dealer where she previously held what is widely known as the hardest job in the dealership, workshop control, this means she has all the skill, organisation and more. to be our Service and Parts Advisor.
